Our QGF series automatic barreled production line is specialized in barreling 5 gallons of drinking water whose type(barrels/hour) are 50 Type,80 Type,120 Type and 240 Type. The line is composed of bottle washing machine, bottle filling machine and sealing machine and sealing machine. In order to reach the purpose of multiple injections of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid of washing and bleaching are used in the bottle washing machine. Liquid of washing can cyclically be used. The sealing machine can automatically be sealed and be equipped with the bathing device on conveying the cover of the bottle in order to ensure the cover of the bottle aseptic and healthy. The line can be automatically washed, disinfected, barreled, capped, calculated and conveyed. The line has the advantages of complete function, new design and high automation.
