Function:

Function:
(1). The extruding head is used to control the volume of extruding PE board material, the width of lip is adjustable, you can adjust preciously the thickness of extruded PE board.

ELECTRIC CONTROL SYSTEM
The system adopts multi-channel distributive control method, which confirm that each part can be controlled separately, meanwhile, it concentrates all the control unit into a few control groups, which guarantee easy adjustment. As emergency measure, the machine installs three emergency stop switch. The transmission system employs VVVF system an DC speed adjusting system separately according to necessity, which can control the equipment conveniently. All the heating system adopt expert PID constant temperature control system, which can guarantee that the temperature is controlled exactly within a small error. The definable board size cross-trimming system install approaching inductor or meter control, which is convenient to use.
